摘要
新质生产力既是促进经济高质量发展、持续推进中国式现代化的核心驱动力,又是加快区域协调发展、畅通“双循环”的重要动能。本文基于2014——2023年四川省21个地级市和自治州的面板数据,分别从数字生产力、科技生产力和绿色生产力三个关键维度构建新质生产力指标体系,采用熵权-TOPSIS法对各地市州的新质生产力发展水平进行测算,并分析其差异化特征。研究结果显示,四川省新质生产力发展水平呈现“中部高、四周低”的空间分布特征。据此,本文提出加大对科研人员的培训力度、强化科技创新的引领作用、推动产业结构转型升级等对策建议,以期为探究四川省新质生产力水平及差异、推进四川省新质生产力发展提供决策参考。
New quality productive forces are an important engine for driving the high-quality economic growth and achieve Chinese modernization,as well as a major driving force for accelerating regional coordinated development and facilitating the“dual circulation”.Based on the panel data of 21 prefectural-level cities and autonomous prefectures in Sichuan Province from 2014 to 2023,the paper constructs a new quality productive forces indicator system from the three dimensions of technological productivity,green productivity,and digital productivity.The entropy weight-TOPSIS approach is utilized to evaluate and analyze the level of new quality productive forces and its differential characteristics.The study shows that the development level of new quality productive forces in Sichuan Province is characterized by“high in the middle and low in the surrounding areas”.Based on this,the study proposes several policy recommendations,including enhancing training for researchers,strengthening the guiding role of technological innovation,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structures.These measures aim to provide decision-making references for exploring the level and disparities of new-type productive forces in Sichuan Province and for advancing their development.
