银发经济背景下的消费行为变化与市场细分研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国老龄化进程加速,银发经济已成为推动经济高质量发展的重要引擎。本文基于老年消费行为变化与市场细分维度,系统分析了当代老年群体消费观念从“节俭优先”向“品质生活”的转变,消费结构由生存保障向精神文化、智能健康等领域的升级,以及消费渠道偏好线上线下融合的特征。在此基础上,本文进一步从生理心理特征、经济能力和生活方式三个维度细分银发经济市场,揭示不同老年群体的差异化需求。针对当前面临的供需错配、数字鸿沟及服务标准缺失等挑战,本文提出产品创新、渠道优化与政策协同等策略建议,以期为银发经济的高质量发展提供理论支撑与实践路径。 With accelerated aging process in China,the silver economy has become an important engine for promoting high-quality economic development.Based on the changes in elderly consumption behavior and market segmentation dimensions,this paper systematically analyzes the transformation of contemporary elderly consumption concepts from“frugality first”to“high-quality life”,the upgrading of consumption structure from survival guarantee to spiritual culture,intelligent health,and other fields,and the characteristics of online and offline integration of consumption channel preferences.Subsequently,the study further subdivided the silver economy market from three dimensions:physiological and psychological characteristics,economic ability,and lifestyle,revealing the differentiated needs of different elderly groups.In response to challenges such as supply-demand mismatch,digital divide,and lack of service standards,strategic suggestions for product innovation,channel optimization,and policy coordination are proposed,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical pathways for the high-quality development of the silver economy.
