摘要
随着《中新自贸协议升级议定书》的正式生效,新西兰作为中国农产品进口的重要伙伴国,其贸易效率直接影响中国农产品供应链的安全与市场的平稳运行。本文基于2013—2022年中国从25个主要农产品进口国的统计数据,运用随机前沿引力模型,分析了中国自新西兰进口农产品贸易效率的多重影响因素。研究发现:中国人均GDP的增长、人口增加及FTA实施等因素显著提高了中新农产品进口贸易效率。两国在农产品贸易领域具有巨大的合作潜力与发展空间。据此,本文提出相关建议,包括中国需加强农业技术引进、深化自由贸易协定、加快构建新发展格局,以进一步拓展中新农产品贸易的合作空间。
With the formal implementation of the upgraded protocol of the China-New Zealand FTA,New Zealand,as an important partner for China’s agricultural products imports,directly impacts the security of China’s agricultural products supply chain and the smooth operation of the market through its trade efficiency.Based on the data of China’s imports from 25 major agricultural products importing countries from 2013 to 2022,a stochastic frontier gravity model is used to analyze the factors that affect China’s trade efficiency of agricultural products imported from New Zealand.It is found that factors such as the growth of China’s GDP per capita,population increase,and FTA implementation significantly enhance this trade efficiency.The two countries have great potential for cooperation and development in the field of agricultural trade.Based on this,the study proposes relevant recommendations,including that China should strengthen the introduction of agricultural technologies,deepen free trade agreements,and accelerate the construction of a new development pattern,in order to further expand the cooperative space for China–Singapore agricultural product trade.
