摘要
城乡经济循环是推动县域经济高质量发展的重要途径,而县域物流体系构建则是连接城乡经济循环的关键环节。在城乡经济循环背景下,县域物流体系面临基础设施薄弱、物流主体发育不足及服务模式单一等问题,严重制约了城乡经济循环的畅通运行。本文通过分析县域物流体系的内涵与特征,阐明其在促进城乡要素流动、激活消费潜力及提升产业竞争力等方面的作用,并从四个维度提出构建策略,包括完善县乡村三级物流网络体系、培育多元化物流运营主体、推动供应链创新服务、优化冷链物流服务体系,以期为实现城乡经济循环与促进乡村振兴提供有效路径。
The urban-rural economic cycle is an important pathway for promoting high-quality development of county-level economies,while the construction of a county-level logistics system serves as a key link connecting urban and rural economic circulation.Against the backdrop of the urban-rural economic cycle,county-level logistics systems face challenges such as weak infrastructure,underdeveloped logistics entities,and homogeneous service models,which severely constrain the smooth functioning of urban-rural economic circulation.This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of county-level logistics systems,clarifies their role in facilitating the flow of factors between urban and rural areas,stimulating consumption potential,and enhancing industrial competitiveness,and proposes construction strategies from four dimensions:improving the three-tier county-town-village logistics network system,fostering diversified logistics operators,promoting supply chain innovation services,and optimizing the cold-chain logistics service system.The aim is to provide effective pathways for realizing urban-rural economic circulation and advancing rural revitalization.
