摘要
基于组织生态学视角的多案例分析表明,世界一流大学项目制人才培养是“环境感知—社会行动”的耦合过程,愿景与使命、主题与承诺及其培养模式体现了时代性、现代化和以自觉性为核心特征的组织能动性线索,其行动策略具有资源依赖、结构演化、边界拓展和路径创新的组织机理,具体表现为项目与城市整体生态的协同共生、跨学科学位和交叉学科项目的设置、全球学术网络的发展与推进、创新创业教育系统的深度融入,能够为我国项目制人才培养提供有益启示。
A multi-case analysis from the perspective of organizational ecology shows that the project-based talent training in world-class universities is a process of“environmental perception and social action”.Vision and mission,theme and commitment and training mode reflect the modern cognitive bias,and the clues of organizational initiative with consciousness as its core characteristic.Its action strategy has the feature of resource dependence,structural evolution,boundary expansion and path innovation.Specifically,it is manifested in the synergy and symbiosis between the project and the overall ecology of the city,the setting of interdisciplinary degrees and projects,the development and promotion of global academic networks,and the deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education system,which can provide insights for project-based talent training in China.
