摘要
研发了一种基于晶体Si555的单晶单色器,可产生40~150 keV能量范围内连续可调的单能X射线。该单色器使用X光机产生的连续X射线谱,通过Si555晶体的布拉格衍射进行单色化,可实现高精度、宽能量范围的单能X射线输出。该装置主要包括辐射源、Si555晶体、高精度转台、准直和屏蔽系统等,通过实验测量考察了单能X射线的能量范围、能量分辨率等关键指标,证实了其优异的性能,单色性好于1.54%。该装置未来可用于探测器标定、X射线质量衰减系数测量等应用,为单能X射线技术的发展和应用提供了支持。
A single-crystal monochromator based on crystal Si555 is developed,which can generate continuously tunable monoenergetic X-rays in the energy range of 40~150 keV.This device utilizes the continuous X-ray spectrum generated by an X-ray machine and performs monochromatization through the Bragg diffraction of the Si555 crystal,enabling the output of high-precision and wide-energy-range monoenergetic X-ray.The device mainly includes a radiation source,Si555 crystal,high-precision turntable,collimation and shielding system,etc.The key indicators such as the energy range and energy resolution of the monoenergetic X-ray have been investigated through experimental measurements,confirming its excellent performance with a monochromaticity better than 1.54%.This device can be used in applications such as detector calibration and X-ray mass attenuation coefficient measurement in the future,providing strong support for the development and application of monoenergetic X-ray technology.
