摘要
电容层析成像(ECT)是一种有潜力的无辐射包裹内高含水率违禁品的检测方法。为了提高检测精度,设计了一种新型四面电容传感器构型,用于监测传送带上的包裹。根据电容测量动态范围指标、测量灵敏度、灵敏度均匀性和三维成像效果等性能评价指标,通过改变电极面数量、电极数量参数优化传感器结构。实验结果表明:四面32电极布局的综合性能较优;对包裹内2种介电常数的物品位于6个典型位置,该传感器均能做出可视化判断,达到快速识别的目的。
Electrical capacitance tomography(ECT)is a promising method for the detection of high water content contraband in radiation-free packages.In order to improve the detection accuracy,a novel four-sided capacitive sensor configuration is designed for monitoring packages on a conveyor belt.The sensor structure is optimized by changing the number of electrode surfaces and the number of electrodes parameter according to the performance evaluation indexes such as dynamic range index of capacitance measurement,measurement sensitivity,sensitivity uniformity,and threedimensional imaging effect.The experimental results show that the comprehensive performance of the four-sided 32-electrode layout is superior;for the items with two dielectric constants located in six typical positions within the package,this sensor can make visual judgments to achieve the purpose of rapid identification.
