实时工况下计量用低压电流互感器校准技术研究

摘要 在实时工况环境下的计量用互感器全量程校准技术是新型量值传递溯源的关键技术,也是解决在运计量互感器周期检定困难的有效手段。为了实现在实时工况下针对计量用低压电流互感器的全量程校准,提出了一种先注入反向电流抵消原有一次背景电流,再注入异频(60 Hz)试验电流对电流互感器进行校准的方法;同时提出了一种融合测差法与平衡法思想,采用锁相法指零的误差测量方法。研制了校准装置,研制的装置在一次背景电流清空试验中的残余电流占比小于2%。验证试验以停电状态下传统校验仪测得的误差值为约定真值,在模拟的实时工况下测得的比差最大误差为0.019%,角差最大误差为1.2′;在实时工况下测得的比差最大误差为0.052%,角差最大误差为1.5′。试验结果表明,研制的装置已具备在实时工况下对0.5S级的计量用低压电流互感器进行全量程校准的能力。 The full range calibration technology of measuring transformers under operating conditions is the key technology of new measurement value transmission and traceability,and also an effective means to solve the difficulty of periodic verification of in-service measuring transformers.In order to realize the full range calibration of low-voltage current transformer for measurement under operating conditions,a method of first injecting reverse current to offset the original primary background current,and then injecting different frequency(60 Hz)test current to calibrate the current transformer is proposed.Meanwhile,a method of error measurement based on the idea of fusion difference method and balance method is proposed,and the phase-locked method is used to point to zero.A calibration device is developed.The residual current ratio of the developed device in a background current clearing test is less than 2%.The verification test takes the error value measured by the traditional calibrator under power failure as the agreed true value,and the maximum ratio error measured under simulated operating conditions is 0.019%and the maximum angle error is 1.2'.Under operating conditions,the maximum error of ratio difference and angle difference are 0.052%and 1.5'respectively.The test results show that the developed device has the ability to calibrate the low voltage current transformer of 0.5S in full range under operating conditions.
