摘要
掐丝珐琅的纹饰呈色与肌理效果,依赖釉料熔融温度精准控制。根据30余年景泰蓝创作经验,结合材料科学分析温度对釉料化学结构、光学特性及肌理的影响机制,发现通过调控熔融状态、界面反应和冷却速率,决定釉面色彩饱和度与肌理形态,实验阐明“温度-结构-性能”的内在关系,为珐琅创作提供科学依据。
The chromatic manifestation and textural effects of decorative patterns in fi ligree cloisonne fundamentally rely on precise control of enamel fusing temperatures.Combining over three decades of creative experience in cloisonne art with materials science,this paper analyzes the infl uence mechanism of temperature on the chemical structure,optical properties,and texture formation of enamels.It is found that by regulating the molten state,interfacial reactions,and cooling rates,the color saturation of the glaze and the morphology of the texture can be determined.Experiments clarify the intrinsic relationship of"temperature-structure-performance",providing a scientifi c basis for cloisonne creation.
