摘要
家庭困境是困境儿童心理健康的重要风险因素。本文以生态系统理论和家庭系统理论为主要理论框架,梳理了家庭困境对困境儿童心理健康的直接影响,包括家庭结构、家庭关系、家庭氛围、家庭功能等家庭因素的消极作用。同时分析了家庭困境作为宏系统风险因素危害困境儿童心理健康的“介质”,所发挥的“承上启下”或“推波助澜”的间接效应。最后,为困境儿童心理健康研究和教育实践提供建议,应以整体性、系统性视角开展困境儿童心理健康研究,以改善家庭困境为主要目标,家庭、学校、社区等微、中、宏系统协同并进,推进困境儿童心理健康教育实践。
Family adversity constitutes a critical risk factor for the mental health of children in adversity.Taken the Ecological Systems Theory and Family Systems Theory as the theoretical framework,this paper synthesizes research on the direct effects of family adversity,such as family structure,relationships,atmosphere,and functioning,on children's psychological well-being.It further analyzes how family adversity,as the"medium"of a macro-system risk factor,harms the mental health of children in distress,and the indirect effect it plays in"connecting the preceding with the following"or"amplifying the effect"on harming these children.The article concludes with recommendations for research and educational practice:adopting a holistic and systemic perspective in studying the mental health of children in adversity;and fostering coordinated efforts across micro-,medium-,and macro-systems such as families,schools,and communities to advance mental-health education and intervention for this vulnerable population.
