摘要
通过对高职医学生基层就业意向进行调查和分析,发现存在基层认知“浅表化”、基层就业吸引力与阻力并重、保障需求与基层供给不平衡等现状,基于调查结果,建议通过强化思想引领,厚植基层服务情怀;深耕理论教学,深化乡村振兴认知;拓展实践路径,提升基层医疗认同;优化待遇保障,筑牢基层就业根基等途径,引导高职医学生积极投身于乡村振兴的伟大实践。
Through the investigation and analysis of the primary-level employment intentions of vocational medical college students,it is found that there are current situations such as"superficial"primary-level cognition,equal emphasis on both the attraction and resistance of primary-level employment,and the imbalance between security demand and primary-level supply.Based on the survey results,it is recommended to strengthen ideological guidance and cultivate primary-level service sentiments;deepen theoretical teaching and deepen rural revitalization awareness;expand practical paths and enhance primary-level medical recognition;optimize benefits and guarantees,build a solid foundation for primary-level employment,and guide vocational medical college students to actively participate in the great practice of rural revitalization.
