摘要
该研究探讨提升农民法律意识的重要性及其在乡村振兴中的作用。指出法律知识对农民维权和生产生活的重要性,强调政府应加强农村法治文化建设,建设法治教育设施,并通过多样化活动促进法治文化普及。研究还提出弘扬农村法治文化传统,结合现代信息技术传播法治知识。在制度层面,建议完善农村法治制度体系,加强法治监督管理,确保法律法规有效实施,为新型职业农民营造公正透明的法治环境,推动乡村振兴战略实施。
This study explores the significance of enhancing farmers'legal awareness and its role in rural revitalization.It highlights the importance of legal knowledge for farmers'rights protection and daily life and production,and emphasizes that the government should strengthen the construction of rural legal culture,build legal education facilities,and promote the popularization of legal culture through diverse activities.The study also suggests promoting the traditional rural legal culture and disseminating legal knowledge by integrating modern information technology.At the institutional level,it is recommended to improve the rural legal system,strengthen legal supervision and management,ensure the effective implementation of laws and regulations,create a fair and transparent legal environment for new professional farmers,and promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
