摘要
随着乡村振兴建设的发展以及现代信息技术化背景下乡村治理术与道的有机结合,治理现代化视角下的数字乡村建设成为乡村工作重点之一。随着数字技术的蓬勃发展,其技术逻辑与创新思维给乡村治理模式带来前所未有的变革与重塑,数字乡村作为一种精细化手段高度契合乡村治理现代化、科学化的实际需求,给予乡村治理广阔的赋能空间。然而在建设过程中出现缺乏整体规划机制、乡村民众参与数字化建设程度不高、数字平台融合不够、乡村资金和人才短缺导致基础设施不够有力等问题。结合存在的主要问题,现就治理现代化视角下推动数字乡村建设高质量发展提出相关对策建议。
With the development of rural revitalization and the organic combination of rural governance techniques and roads in the context of modern information technology,digital rural construction from the perspective of governance modernization has become one of the priorities of rural work.With the vigorous development of digital technology,its technical logic and innovative thinking have brought unprecedented changes and reshaping to the rural governance model.As a refined means,digital village is highly in line with the actual needs of modernization and scientific rural governance,giving rural governance a broad enabling space.However,during the construction process,problems such as the lack of an overall planning mechanism,the low level of rural people's participation in digital construction,insufficient integration of digital platforms,and the shortage of rural funds and talents led to insufficient infrastructure.Based on the main existing problems,we now put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the high-quality development of digital rural construction from the perspective of governance modernization.
