摘要
绿原酸(CGA)是一种天然水溶性多酚物质,广泛存在于高等双子叶、蕨类等植物中,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌、抗病毒等多种生物学功能。在生猪养殖中,CGA能够减轻氧化应激、提高免疫力、改善肉品质、提高种猪繁殖性能及维护肠道健康等,是一种潜在的功能性饲料添加剂。文章对CGA的结构、来源等进行简单介绍,并对其主要生物活性功能及作用机制进行阐述,总结了CGA在种猪、断奶仔猪和育肥猪生产中的应用研究进展,以期为CGA作为猪饲料添加剂的应用提供参考。
Chlorogenic acid(CGA)is a natural water-soluble polyphenol that is widely present in higher dicotyledonous plants,ferns and other plants,and has multiple biological functions such as anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,antibacterial and anti-viral.In pig farming,CGA can reduce oxidative stress,enhance immunity,improve meat quality,increase the reproductive performance of breeding pigs and maintain intestinal health,etc.It is a potential functional feed additive.This article provides a brief introduction to the structure and sources of CGA,elaborates on its main biological activity functions and mechanisms of action,and summarizes the research progress on the application of CGA in the production of breeding pigs,weaned piglets and fattening pigs,with the aim of providing a reference for the application of CGA as a pig feed additive.
