添加不同复合菌酶对巨菌草青贮品质的影响

Effects of different enzyme-microbe combinations on silage quality of Pennisetum giganteum

摘要 试验旨在探究不同酶制剂与植物乳杆菌混合使用对巨菌草青贮品质的影响。试验设8个处理组,A1组添加0.50 g/kg纤维素酶,A2组添加0.25 g/kg木聚糖酶,A3组添加0.04 g/kg葡萄糖氧化酶,A4组添加1 mL/kg植物乳杆菌,A5组添加0.50 g/kg纤维素酶+1 mL/kg植物乳杆菌,A6组添加0.25 g/kg木聚糖酶+1 mL/kg植物乳杆菌,A7组添加0.04 g/kg葡萄糖氧化酶+1 mL/kg植物乳杆菌,对照组(CK组)添加10 mL无菌水。青贮60 d后进行感官质量评定、营养成分和发酵品质的测定。结果显示,A7组感官评分20分,等级为优,粗蛋白含量最高,且pH值及氨态氮、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维的含量均显著低于CK组(P<0.05)。A6组可溶性碳水化合物含量最高。除A1组、A2组外,各试验组乳酸含量均显著高于CK组(P<0.05)。隶属函数分析结果显示,A7组得分最高(0.543)。研究表明,菌酶混合添加对巨菌草青贮的效果优于单一处理,其中葡萄糖氧化酶与植物乳杆菌混合添加(A7组)可以提升巨菌草青贮品质,为最佳组合。 The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different enzyme preparations and mixed addition of Lactobacillus plantarum on the silage quality of Pennisetum giganteum.Eight treatment groups were established,group A1 added with 0.50 g/kg cellulase,group A2 added with 0.25 g/kg xylanase,group A3 added with 0.04 g/kg glucose oxidase,group A4 added with 1 mL/kg Lactobacillus plantarum,group A5 added with 0.50 g/kg cellulase+1 mL/kg Lactobacillus plantarum,group A6 added with 0.25 g/kg xylanase+1 mL/kg Lactobacillus plantarum,group A7 added with 0.04 g/kg glucose oxidase+1 mL/kg Lactobacillus plantarum,and the control group(CK group)added with 10 mL sterile water.After 60 days of silage,sensory evaluation,nutritional composition,and fermentation quality were conducted.The results showed that the sensory score of group A7 was 20 points,with an excellent grade.The crude protein content was the highest,and the pH value and the concentrations of ammonia nitrogen,neutral detergent fiber,and acidic detergent fiber were significantly lower than those of the CK group(P<0.05).The content of soluble carbohydrates was the highest in group A6.Except for group A1 and group A2,the lactate content in each experimental group was significantly higher than that in the CK group(P<0.05).The results of membership function analysis showed that group A7 had the highest score(0.543).The study indicates that the mixed addition of bacteria and enzymes outperforms single treatments for Pennisetum giganteum silage,with the mixed addition of glucose oxidase and Lactobacillus plantarum(group A7)improving silage quality and identified as the optimal combination.
