复合酶制剂对肉牛生长性能、养分表观消化率、瘤胃发酵、免疫和抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:1

Effects of complex enzyme preparation on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,rumen fermentation,immunity,and antioxidant indexes of beef cattle

摘要 试验旨在探究复合酶制剂对肉牛生长性能、养分表观消化率、瘤胃发酵、免疫和抗氧化指标的影响。选择体重(398.00±8.50)kg西门塔尔牛20头,随机分为两组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头牛。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加1.0 kg/t复合酶制剂。预试期10 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组肉牛平均日增重均显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。试验组粗蛋白(CP)和粗脂肪(EE)表观消化率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组瘤胃液氨态氮含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),乙酸和微生物蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验第30和60天,试验组肉牛血清总蛋白(TP)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)的含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),谷草转氨酶(AST)活性及甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验第30天,试验组肉牛血清低密度脂蛋白(LDL)含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验第60天,试验组血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加1.0 kg/t复合酶制剂能够提高肉牛的养分表观消化率,优化瘤胃发酵参数,提高肉牛生长性能,改善脂质代谢状况,增强免疫功能。 This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of complex enzyme preparation on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,rumen fermentation,immunity,and antioxidant indexes of beef cattle.A total of 20 Simmental cattle with an initial body weight of(398.00±8.50)kg were randomly divided into two groups,with 10 replicates per group and one beef cattle per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental group was fed a basal diet supplemented with 1.0 kg/t complex enzyme preparation.The pre-test period was 10 days,and the formal test period was 60 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain of beef cattle in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude protein(CP)and crude fat(EE)in the experimental group were extremely higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),the apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber(ADF)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The content of ammonia nitrogen in the rumen fluid of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the concentrations of acetic acid and microbial protein were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).On the 30th and 60th days of the experiment,the concentrations of total protein(TP)and high-density lipoprotein(HDL)in the serum of beef cattle in the experimental group and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The activity of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and the concentrations of triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the 30th day of the experiment,the content of low-density lipoprotein(LDL)in the serum of beef cattle in the experimental group was extremely higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).On the 60th day of the experiment,the content of serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in the experimental group were extremely higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding 1.0 kg/t of the complex enzyme preparation to the feed can increase the nutrient apparent digestibility,optimize the rumen fermentation parameters,improve the growth performance of beef cattle,enhance the lipid metabolism status,and strengthen the immune function of beef cattle.
