摘要
通过实地调研和文献梳理,对南阳地区的社会主义建成遗产概况进行研究,包括其分类、分布、主要价值和基本特征,之后对其存在问题进行总结并提出相应的保护策略,同时在西方新城市主义理论的参照下,对其体现的职住混合模式以及高度集体性等对当下城乡建设的发展所提供的启示和借鉴进行初步探讨,旨在抛砖引玉,呼吁社会各界重视这类当代遗产的研究和保护。
Through field research and literature review,this paper studies the overview of the Socialist Built Heritage in Nanyang District,including its classification,distribution,main value and basic characteristics.Then,it summarizes its existing problems and proposes corresponding protection strategies.At the same time,in comparison with the western theory of New Urbanism,it conducts a preliminary discussion on the inspiration and reference provided by its mixed work-residence model and high collectivism for the current development of urban and rural construction in China,aiming to stimulate discussion and call on all sectors of society to pay attention to the research and protection of this type of contemporary heritage.
