基于响应面法-遗传算法的扭矩传感器结构优化研究

摘要 为提高扭矩传感器的测量精度,本文基于响应面模型与遗传算法相结合的方法,对某型扭矩传感器的沟槽结构参数进行优化研究。采用Box-Behnken设计方法,挑选合适的实验点,拟合构建以贴片区域应力差和形变量差为目标函数的响应面模型。利用非支配排序遗传算法求解出响应面模型回归函数的Pareto最优解集,通过对比分析其中的多组优化结果,得出最佳方案;并开展传感器静态扭矩加载实验验证该优化方法的有效性。结果表明:通过优化扭矩传感器沟槽结构可显著降低贴片区域的应力差与形变量差,其中,应力差降幅可达13.36%,形变量差可达3.57%,并且线性度相较于原结构有明显的提升。 To improve the measurement accuracy of the torque sensor,a method combining the response surface model and genetic algorithm is employed to optimize the groove structural parameters of a certain type of torque sensor.The Box-Behnken design method is used to select appropriate experimental points and construct a response surface model,with stress and deformation differences in the patch area as the objective function.The non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm is then applied to solve for the Pareto optimal solution set of the response surface model′s regression function.After comparing and analyzing multiple sets of optimization results,the best solution is identified.A sensor static torque loading experiment is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the optimization method.The results show that optimizing the groove structure of the torque sensor considerably reduces the stress and deformation differences in the patch area.The stress difference is reduced by up to 13.36%,and the deformation difference is reduced by up to 3.57%.The linearity shows a substantial improvement compared to the original structure.
