生成式人工智能在国内高等教育中的应用现状与发展路向——基于文献数据的可视化分析 被引量:1

Current Status of Application and Development Roadmap of Generative Artificial Intelligence in Domestic Higher Education——Visualization and Analysis Based on Literature Data

摘要 生成式人工智能是影响未来国内高等教育发展的新兴技术。运用CiteSpace软件,对CNKI数据库中遴选的344篇文献从发文数量、作者共现、关键词聚类等方面进行计量分析和可视化分析,梳理其应用现状、热点、前沿与趋势。结果显示,最近几年该领域的研究热点主要聚焦高等教育变革、教学模式创新、数字化转型、风险治理等领域,呈现从技术应用向伦理反思的转向。据此,从构建协作机制、注重实证研究、回归育人本质、培养数字素养和筑牢伦理底线五大方面提出建议和展望,以期实现生成式人工智能与国内高等教育的深度融合,构建智能化教育新生态,助力国内高等教育高质量发展。 Generative artificial intelligence(AI)is an emerging technology that affects the future development of higher education in China.Using CiteSpace software,344 pieces of literature selected from the CNKI database were subjected to econometric and visual analysis in terms of the number of publications,co-occurrence of authors,and keyword clustering to sort out the current status of application,hotspots,frontiers and trends.The results show that the research hotspots in this field in recent years mainly focus on the areas of higher education change,teaching mode innovation,digital transformation,and risk governance,presenting a shift from technology application to ethical reflection.Accordingly,suggestions and outlooks are put forward in five aspects,namely,constructing collaborative mechanisms,focusing on empirical research,returning to the essence of human education,cultivating digital literacy and building a strong ethical bottom line,with a view to realizing the in-depth integration of generative AI and domestic higher education,constructing a new ecosystem of intelligent education,and contributing to the high-quality development of domestic higher education.
