摘要 人工智能技术为疾控档案信息安全构建全方位防护体系。技术层面自然语言处理,机器学习与区块链等技术构建数据全程防护网络;机制层面安全防御范式实现从被动响应到主动预防的转变,管控效能提升,形成安全与价值协同共生;实践层面智慧安防体系,配套管理机制与合规保障体系共同推动疾控档案安全治理升级。人工智能技术在疾控档案领域的应用,既保障敏感健康数据安全,又实现在保护隐私前提下支持科学研究的目标,为公共卫生应急响应提供坚实数据基础。 Artificial intelligence(AI)technologies have established a comprehensive protection system for ensuring the information security of disease control archives.On the technical level,natural language processing,machine learning,and blockchain technologies create an all-encompassing data protection network throughout the entire lifecycle of the data.At the mechanism level,the security defense paradigm shifts from reactive to proactive prevention,enhancing management efficiency and fostering a synergistic ecosystem that integrates security with value creation.In practical applications,an intelligent security system,supported by complementary management mechanisms and compliance assurance systems,jointly promotes the enhancement of disease control archive security governance.The application of AI technologies in the field of disease control archives not only safeguards sensitive health data but also supports scientific research while protecting privacy,thereby providing a robust data foundation for public health emergency responses.
