基于三维数字化技术的变电站设备智能巡检系统设计

摘要 为保障电力系统的安全稳定运行,文章设计基于三维数字化技术的变电站设备智能巡检系统。通过对系统硬件的三维建模模块与控制单元模块进行系统硬件设计,并结合巡检管理、缺陷管理、巡检数据库的设计,完成系统软件的设计。在此基础上,构建一套完善的数据管理与利用机制,对变电站设备数据进行高效处理和深度挖掘,为系统实现智能化运行提供关键的技术支撑。实验结合表明,基于三维数字化技术的变电站设备智能巡检系统在实验中表现出良好的性能和效果,能够有效提升变电站的巡检效率和质量,为变电站的智能化运行提供有力支持。 To ensure the safe and stable operation of power systems,this paper presents the design of an intelligent inspection system for substation equipment based on 3D digitalization technology.The system hardware is designed through modules for 3D modeling and control units,while the software architecture integrates inspection management,defect management,and an inspection database.Furthermore,a comprehensive data management and utilization mechanism is established to enable efficient processing and in-depth analysis of substation equipment data,providing critical technical support for intelligent system operation.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed intelligent inspection system based on 3D digitalization technology performs well in practice,significantly improving the efficiency and quality of substation inspections and offering strong support for the intelligent operation of substations.
