摘要
文章通过分析区域和城市类型对档案工作高质量发展的影响,揭示不同区域与城市类型下档案管理现状、技术应用、资源开发和利用等方面的差异性。研究发现华中地区的档案管理规范性较高,但技术支持和人才短缺问题尤为突出。相比之下,一线城市信息技术应用程度更高,档案管理相对完善,而二、三线城市及其他城市面临的技术和人才问题更加明显。文章最后提出加强技术支持、完善人才培养机制以及优化管理流程的应对措施,以推动档案工作的高质量发展。
This paper examines how regional and urban typologies influence the high-quality development of archival work,revealing differences in the current status of archives management,technology application,and the development and utilization of resources across different regions and city types.The study finds that while archival management in Central China is relatively well-standardized,it faces significant challenges in terms of technical support and talent shortages.In comparison,first-tier cities demonstrate a higher level of information technology integration and more mature archival management systems.However,second-and third-tier cities,as well as other urban areas,encounter more pronounced issues regarding technological infrastructure and human resources.To promote the highquality development of archival work,this paper proposes strategies such as strengthening technical support,improving talent cultivation mechanisms,and optimizing management workflows.
