摘要
随着信创环境建设的发展,基于数字档案馆(室)建设和档案信息安全的要求,电子档案管理系统设计和开发遇到新的挑战,如何在主流信创环境下研发出支持电子文件全流程管理的电子档案管理系统,成为档案管理系统厂商必须思考的问题,文章围绕设计思路和方法、设计功能实践以及关键技术实施等方面,给出详细的解决方案。
With the development of the information innovation environment,the design and development of electronic archives management systems face new challenges,particularly in meeting the requirements of digital archives(rooms)construction and archive information security.How to develop an electronic archives management system that supports the full-process management of electronic records within the mainstream information innovation environment has become a critical issue for system developers to address.This paper presents detailed solutions by discussing the design concepts and methodologies,functional implementation,and key technology applications.
