摘要
创建国家现代农业产业园是推动农业高质量发展、促进城乡融合发展、加快农业农村现代化的重要载体。在系统梳理兴仁市国家现代农业产业园发展现状及成效后,剖析当前国家现代农业产业园建设过程中面临的机遇与挑战,通过对基地建设、农产品加工、仓储物流、电子商务和产业融合等方面的分析,揭示兴仁在国家现代农业产业园建设中存在的思想认识不到位、项目谋划不精准、管理机制不完善、企业带动力不强及财政资金投入不足等阻碍产业园发展的关键因素。因此,推动现代农业产业健康持续发展,助力乡村振兴,应充分考虑运行管理机制、打造基地建设、构建经营体系、培育经营主体、加大财政投入等方面。
Establishing national modern agricultural parks is a crucial vehicle for promoting high-quality agricultural development,fostering integrated urban-rural development,and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.After systematically reviewing the current status and achievements of the Xingren National Modern Agricultural Park,this paper analyzed the opportunities and challenges faced during its construction,through an analysis of base construction,agricultural product processing,storage and logistics,e-commerce,and industrial integration,and revealed the key factors hindering the development of the park in Xingren,including inadequate awareness,imprecise project planning,incomplete management mechanisms,weak corporate driving force,and insufficient fiscal investment.Therefore,in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of modern agriculture industry and help the revitalization of rural areas,it is necessary to fully consider the operation management mechanism,the creation of base construction,the construction of management system,the cultivation of management subjects,and the increase of financial input.
