摘要
普洱市是云南省特色肉牛产业的重要基地。本研究采用区位熵法(LQ)、地理集中系数法(CC)剖析普洱市肉牛产业的集聚水平,结合PEST分析对影响肉牛产业集聚程度的因素进行了研究。结果表明:普洱市肉牛产业CC值和LQ数值在近5年内始终大于1,且CC平均值为1.85,明显大于LQ平均值1.78,说明普洱市肉牛产业集聚的专业化程度和集中化程度较高,拥有较好的比较优势;而资源禀赋条件、政府政策的实施、标准化技术的推广等是普洱市肉牛产业集聚水平的重要影响因素。基于此,从紧抓肉牛产业发展机遇、推进肉牛产业专业化发展、完善技术人才服务体系等提出提升肉牛产业发展的建议,以期为肉牛产业集群发展规划的制定和实施提供科学的参考依据。
Pu'er City is an important base of characteristic beef cattle industry in Yunnan province.In this paper,location entropy method(LQ)and geographical concentration coefficient method(CC)were used to analyze the agglomeration level of beef cattle industry in Pu'er city,and the factors affecting the agglomeration degree of beef cattle industry were studied combined with PEST analysis.The results showed that the CC and LQ values of the beef cattle industry in Pu'er city have always been greater than 1 in the past 5 years,and the CC mean of 1.85 is significantly greater than the LQ mean of 1.78,which shows that the degree of specialization and concentration of beef cattle industry agglomeration in Pu'er city is relatively high,and have a good comparative advantage;resource endowment conditions,the implementation of government policies and the promotion of standardization technologies are the important factors affecting the agglomeration level of beef cattle industry in Pu'er city.Based on this,suggestions on improving the development of beef cattle industry were put forward from grasping the development opportunities of beef cattle industry,promoting the professional development of beef cattle industry,promoting the professional development of beef cattle industry,improving the service system of technical personnel,so as to provide a scientific reference basis for the formulation and implementation of the beef cattle industry cluster development plan.
