摘要
丝路精神是在古丝绸之路发展历程中积淀下来的宝贵精神财富,是“一带一路”高质量发展的精神支柱。“一带一路”背景下的丝路精神被赋予了更丰富的内涵、价值和意义。在系统把握“一带一路”背景下丝路精神的内涵要义与价值意蕴的基础上,中国共产党人需继续加强研究,夯实丝路精神的弘扬基础;文明互鉴,增强丝路精神的传承底色;深化合作,扩大丝路精神国际影响;话语建构,提升丝路精神的传播效能;培养能力,强化丝路精神的人才支撑。
The Silk Road spirit is the valuable spiritual wealth accumulated in the development of the ancient Silk Road,and is the spiritual pillar of the high-quality development of the“the Belt and Road”.The Silk Road spirit in the context of“the Belt and Road”has been endowed with richer connotation,value and significance.On the basis of systematically grasping the connotation essence and value implication of the Silk Road spirit in the context of the“the Belt and Road”,the CPC members need to continue to strengthen the research and consolidate the foundation for the promotion of the Silk Road spirit;Mutual learning among civilizations enhances the inheritance of the Silk Road spirit;Deepen cooperation and expand the international influence of the Silk Road spirit;Discourse construction enhances the dissemination effectiveness of the Silk Road spirit;Cultivate abilities and strengthen the talent support of the Silk Road spirit.
