菊花BBX基因家族鉴定及UV-A处理下表达模式分析

Identification of the BBX Gene Family in Chrysanthemum and Analysis of the Expression Patterns Under UV-A Treatment

摘要 BBX(B-box)家族是一类锌指蛋白转录因子(Zinc finger protein transcription factor),在植物光信号转导、光周期调控及次生代谢调控过程中起重要作用。基于菊花基因组数据库Mum GARDEN,系统鉴定并分析了菊花(Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.)BBX基因家族(CmBBXs)的成员,对其进行生物信息学分析与功能预测。结果显示:共鉴定出35个CmBBXs成员;系统进化分析表明CmBBXs可分为5个亚族,不同亚族CmBBXs的保守结构域存在差异;启动子顺式作用元件预测表明CmBBXs存在大量光响应元件,部分成员存在MYB的结合位点;UV-A处理下的表达模式分析发现4个CmBBXs成员的表达模式与已报道的菊花花青苷调控基因CmMYB6相似,推测这些CmBBXs可能参与光调控花青苷代谢。 The BBX(B-box)family is a group of zinc finger protein transcription factors that play crucial roles in plant light signal transduction,photoperiod regulation,and secondary metabolism regulation.The members of the BBX gene family(CmBBXs)in chrysanthemum(Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.)were systematically identified from the chrysanthemum genome database Mum GARDEN,followed by bioinformatics analysis and function prediction.A total of 35 CmBBXs were identified.The phylogenetic analysis indicated that CmBBXs could be classified into five sub-families,which showed differences in the conserved domains.Prediction of cis-acting elements in promoter regions showed that there were a large number of light-responsive elements in CmBBXs,and some members had MYB-binding sites.Under UV-A treatment,the expression patterns of four CmBBXs were similar to that of the previously reported chrysanthemum anthocyanin regulatory gene CmMYB6.It is hypothesized that these CmBBXs may be involved in the light-regulated anthocyanin metabolism.
