摘要
为提升湖南双季稻区杂草抗性治理水平并筛选高效安全的除草剂配施方案,本研究选取28种除草剂为试材,以4种稻田恶性杂草(稗草、千金子、异型莎草和鸭舌草)为防控对象,在长沙县春华镇开展田间防效对比试验。试验采用播后封闭与苗后茎叶处理相结合的分阶段施药策略,设置13个除草剂组配处理(T1~T13)及空白对照(CK),分别测定第2次施药前1 d、药后20、35 d的防效以评价控草效果,并进行水稻安全性评价。结果表明:T1、T7处理药后20~35 d对4种杂草的鲜重防效均高于90%,其中T1防效最佳;T6处理药后20~35 d对千金子、异型莎草和鸭舌草的防效均高于93%,但对稗草的持效性不足,药后35 d防效低于90%;T11~T13处理对4种杂草的防效均相对较差。综上,T1组配方案防效最优,T6和T7处理的防效表现也较好,建议配合不同作用机理的药剂轮换使用,提升直播田杂草综合防控效果。
To enhance herbicide resistance management and identify efficient and safe herbicide combinations in double-cropping rice regions of Hunan Province,this study selected 28 herbicides targeting four major paddy weeds(Echinochloa crus-galli,Leptochloa chinensis,Cyperus difformis,and Monochoria vaginalis).Field efficacy trials were conducted in Chunhua Town,Changsha County,adopting a phased application strategy combining pre-emergence herbicides and post-emergence herbicides.Thirteen herbicide combinations and a blank control group(CK)were established.Weed control efficacy was evaluated on day 1 before and days 20 and 35 after the second application(DAT),with simultaneous assessment of rice safety.The results demonstrated that treatments T1 and T7 achieved the fresh weight control efficacy>90%against all the four weeds during 20-35 DAT,with T1 showing the optimal performance.Treatment T6 provided the control efficacy>93%against L.chinensis,C.difformis,and M.vaginalis during 20-35 DAT but exhibited insufficient persistence against E.crus-galli(<90%at 35 DAT).Treatments T11-T13 delivered poor control against all the weed species.In conclusion,the T1 combination demonstrated the highest control efficacy,while T6 and T7 also performed effectively.Rotational combinations of herbicides with distinct mechanisms of action are recommended for enhancing comprehensive weed management in direct-seeding rice fields.
