摘要
绍兴是国家首批历史文化名城,被誉为“没有围墙的博物馆”。近年来,在古城保护与发展、传承与创新的矛盾下,绍兴积极投入文化遗产数字化浪潮,探索“数字赋能”保护利用古城,围绕以数字化保护、展示、管理、利用、宣传及监察等核心需求,构建集资源多元展示、古城风貌管控、城市更新决策与实时监督管控等功能于一体的信息化管理系统,有效推动了古城风貌管控、古城规划、古建修缮、文旅融合、地下管网管控及未来社区管理等工作,探索出了一条“数智化”道路。本文基于绍兴古城保护利用信息管理系统建设的实证分析,探索数字化技术赋能历史文化名城保护和精细化治理的创新路径,以期为历史文化名城数字化保护利用提供经验。
Shaoxing is one of the first historical and cultural cities in China,and is known as“a museum without walls”.In recent years,under the contradiction between the protection and development,inheritance and innovation of the ancient city,Shaoxing has actively participated in the digitalization of cultural heritage,explored“digital empowerment”to protect and utilize the ancient city,and built an information management system with the core needs of digital protection,display,management,utilization,publicity and supervision,which integrates the functions of diversified resource display,information fusion analysis,ancient city style control,urban renewal decision-making and real-time supervision and control,effectively promoting the ancient city style control and planning.Based on the empirical analysis of the construction of information management system for the protection and utilization of Shaoxing ancient city,this paper explores the innovative path of digital technology to empower the protection and refined management of historical and cultural cities,with a view to providing Shaoxing experience for the digital protection and utilization of historical and cultural cities.
