摘要
以前期从土壤中分离的一株能够利用纤维素产油脂的少孢哈萨克斯坦酵母为出发菌株,对其进行室温常压等离子(ARTP)诱变。从诱变所得菌株中随机挑选30株,得正向突变株17株,负向突变株13株,正向突变率为56.67%。正向突变株中编号为m21的菌株为最优突变株,最高油脂产量达到(0.622±0.017)g/L,比出发菌株提高了1.49倍,并且诱变没有改变菌株的生长特性。经诱变选育所得菌株具有很好的工业应用前景。
A Kazachstania exigua strain which was isolated from soil and could produce lipid using cellulose,was mutated using atmospheric room temperature plasma(ARTP).30 strains were randomly selected from the mutated strains,resulting in 17 positive mutant strains and 13 negative mutant strains,with a positive mutation rate of 56.67%.The positive mutant strain numbered m21 was the optimal mutant strain,with a maximum lipid production of 0.622±0.017 g/L,which was 1.49 times higher than that of the original strain.Moreover,the mutation did not change the growth characteristics of the strain.The strain obtained by mutation breeding in this study has good prospects for industrial application.
