基于防御者-攻击者-防御者模型的电力系统弹性提升研究

摘要 在现代电力系统向智能电网转型的过程中,电力系统的网络安全问题受到了越来越多的关注,提升电力系统抵御潜在网络威胁的弹性具有重要意义。提出了一种基于防御者-攻击者-防御者(defender-attacker-defender,D-A-D)模型的恢复资源分配方法,以增强遭受恶意网络攻击下的电力系统的弹性。本文所提出的恢复资源分配方法能够将恢复资源在电网的各个变电站之间进行优化分配,以减轻恶意网络攻击对电力系统恢复过程的影响,提高电力系统的抗攻击能力。为了验证本文所提的系统防御方法的有效性,以IEEE可靠性测试系统RTS-79为例,进行了仿真研究。案例研究结果表明,本文所提方法能够有效提升潜在网络攻击风险的恢复资源分配方法的鲁棒性,增强电力系统的弹性。 In the process of transforming the modern power system into a smart grid,the network security issues of the power system have received increasing attention,and improving the resilience of the power system to resist potential network threats is of great significance.This article proposes a recovery resource allocation method based on the defender-attacker-defender(D-A-D)model to enhance the resilience of power systems under malicious network attacks.The recovery resource allocation method proposed in this paper can optimize the allocation of recovery resources among various substations in the power grid,in order to reduce the impact of malicious network attacks on the power system recovery process and improve the anti-attack ability of the power system.In order to verify the effectiveness of the system defense method proposed in this article,simulation research is conducted using the IEEE reliability testing system RTS-79 as an example.The case study results indicate that the proposed method can effectively enhance the robustness of the recovery resource allocation method for potential network attack risks and enhance the resilience of the power system.
