摘要
蕨麻猪作为迭部县的特色经济畜牧产业,其绿色天然的生长环境与独特的种源特性使得迭部县蕨麻猪肉品质远胜于普通猪肉。本文在阐述迭部县蕨麻猪养殖现状的基础上,分析了存在的问题,提出了加强政策扶持、提升种质资源保护与育种、改善饲养环境、加强疫病防控、重视专业人才的引进与培养、把控品质与拓宽市场等策略,以期为迭部县蕨麻猪养殖增效、农民增收,打造特色蕨麻猪肉品牌,保障蕨麻猪产业高质量发展提供支持。
As a distinctive economic livestock industry in Diebu County,the Juema pig benefits from a green and natural growing environment and unique genetic resources,making the meat quality of Diebu Juema pigs significantly superior to that of conventional pork.Based on the current status of Juema pig farming in Diebu County,this paper analyzes the existing issues and proposes strategies such as strengthening policy support,enhancing the protection and breeding of germplasm resources,improving feeding environments,reinforcing disease prevention and control,emphasizing the introduction and training of professional talents,ensuring quality control,and expanding market access.These strategies aim to improve the efficiency of Juemapig farming,increase farmers'incomes,build a distinctive Juema pork brand,and support the high-quality development of the Juema pig industry.
