135 MW火电机组转型升级路径研究

摘要 在国家“双碳”目标和新型电力系统建设的背景下,以山东省某电厂为研究对象,针对300 MW以下燃煤机组退役、热力供应缺口及电网稳定性不足等问题,提出“熔盐储热+调相机改造”的协同转型路径。研究表明,熔盐储热技术可复用电厂锅炉、蒸汽管道等现有设施,实现热电解耦和长时调峰,有效弥补机组关停后的容量缺口;调相机改造可在低成本条件下提供动态无功支撑与转动惯量,提升电网对新能源的消纳能力。在此基础上构建了政策合规、资源高效、技术可行的煤电转型方案,为同类型电厂提供实践范例。 Against the backdrop of China's national“dual carbon”goals and new power system construction,a research focusing on a thermal power plant in the province of Shandong is conducted.To address critical challenges including the retirement of coal-fired units below 300 MW,heating deficits,and insufficient grid stability,a synergistic transformation pathway integrating“molten salt thermal energy storage(TES)with synchronous condenser retrofitting”is proposed.Analysis demonstrates that molten salt TES technology utilizes existing infrastructure(e.g.,boilers,steam pipelines)to achieve“thermal-electrical decoupling”,enabling long-duration peak shaving and mitigating capacity gaps from unit retirements.Synchronous condenser retrofitting provides cost-effective dynamic reactive power support and rotating inertia,significantly enhancing renewable energy accommodation capacity.A technically feasible,resource-efficient,and policy-compliant coal power transition scheme is set up on this basis,offering a practical model for similar power plants.
