摘要
针对噪声干扰对电力线载波通信质量的影响问题,选用Alpha稳定分布、伯努利-高斯和米德尔顿A类3种脉冲噪声模拟信道中的干扰噪声,研究了基于最小均方误差算法和最小均方算法的信号均衡技术,并提出了基于粒子群优化和噪声估计与抑制的改进最小均方误差算法。通过MATLAB仿真,分析了不同噪声模型下算法的性能表现。研究结果表明,提出的改进最小均方误差算法在低压电力线载波通信中表现出显著的性能优势,尤其是在低信噪比条件下能够有效应对各种噪声环境,提升通信系统的可靠性。
To address noise interference impacts on power line carrier communication quality,Alpha stable distribution,Bernoulli-Gaussian(BG),and Middleton Class A noise are employed to simulate the interference noise in the channel.Through investigat⁃ing the signal equalization technologies via minimum mean square error(MMSE)algorithm and least mean square(LMS)algo⁃rithm,the improved MMSE algorithm is proposed based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)and noise estimation and suppres⁃sion.Through MATLAB simulation,the performance of the algorithms for different noise models is analyzed.Research results dem⁃onstrate significant advantages of the improved MMSE algorithm in low-voltage power line carrier communication,especially under conditions of low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),the algorithm effectively copes with various noise environments and enhanc⁃es the reliability of the communication system.
