一起电容式电压互感器电磁单元故障分析

摘要 对一起500 kV电容式电压互感器(capacitive voltage transformer,CVT)漏油事件进行分析。通过CVT一次部分、二次装置和回路检查以及二次电压分析,初步判断CVT剩余电压绕组发生接地故障。CVT试验结果表明,B相和C相二次绕组的绝缘电阻均不满足标准规定。对CVT的B相和C相电磁单元进行解体检查,确定原因为B相剩余电压绕组B-da端子附近接地。最后提出了相应的防范措施,防止同类型故障再次发生。 An incident of oil leakage in a 500 kV capacitive voltage transformer(CVT)is analyzed.Based on the inspection of the CVT primary components,secondary devices and circuits,as well as the secondary voltage analysis,the preliminary conclusion is drawn that the ground fault occurs in the residual voltage winding of CVT.The CVT test results reveal that the,insulation resis⁃tance of the secondary windings of both phase B and phase C fails to meet the standard requirements.The CVT disassembly of electromagnetic units of phase B and phase C confirms that the cause is a ground fault near the B-da terminal of the residual volt⁃age winding of phase B.Finally,the corresponding preventive measures are proposed to prevent the recurrence of similar faults.
