摘要
针对自营稻谷收储过程中经常出现的谷外糙米含量超过限定标准问题,选定两种平房仓开展实仓试验,研究不同储存条件下谷外糙米含量对稻谷安全度夏及储存品质的影响,试验表明经辐射制冷膜隔热改造的仓房能有效延缓高谷外糙米含量(8%左右)稻谷品质劣变,且其度夏后的整体品质与常规PEF保温板隔热仓房储存的低谷外糙米含量(4%以内)稻谷品质接近。
In response to the common problem of excessive brown rice content exceeding the limit standards during self operated rice storage,two types of flat warehouses were selected for actual warehouse experiments to study the impact of brown rice content on rice safety during summer and storage quality under different storage conditions.The experimental results show that the warehouse modified with radiation cooling film insulation can effectively de-lay the deterioration of rice quality with high brown rice content(about 8%),and its overall quality after summer is similar to that of rice stored in conventional PEF insulation board warehouse with low brown rice content(less than 4%).
