摘要
真菌毒素是影响粮油食品安全的重要因素,对人和动物健康产生巨大威胁,并造成严重经济损失。在储藏前采取措施可有效预防真菌毒素污染的发生和扩繁。对粮油作物在田间采用生物防控技术预防真菌毒素污染的发生进行了归纳,重点阐述了田间生物防控技术的原理、菌株筛选和应用效果。同时对粮食油料收获后在储藏或加工前对霉变籽粒及真菌毒素超标籽粒的分选进行了调研,总结了由手工分选到机械分选的发展进程,重点阐述了光选中特征波段的筛选、分选准确率及分选机效能。旨在为入储前减少粮油中真菌毒素污染提供新思路,助力粮食减损和储粮安全技术发展。
Mycotoxins are important factors affecting the safety of foodstuffs and oils,posing significant threats to human and animal health and causing serious economic losses.Measures implemented prior to storage can effective-ly prevent the occurrence and spread of mycotoxin contamination.The use of biocontrol technology in the field to prevent the occurrence of mycotoxin contamination in grain and oil crops is summarized.The principles of field bio-control technology,strain screening and application effects are highlighted.The sorting of moldy and mycotoxin-excessive kernels post-harvest and before storage or processing of grain and oil seeds is also investigated.The devel-opment process from manual to mechanical sorting is summarized.Screening,sorting accuracy and sorter efficacy of characteristic bands in optical sorting are highlighted.The aim is to provide new ideas for reducing mycotoxin con-tamination in grain and oil seeds prior to storage,and to contribute to the development of technology for grain loss reduction and grain storage safety.
