数智化在华东某固废堆场处置项目的应用

摘要 以华东某固废堆场处置项目为对象,探讨数智化技术在提升固废处置项目现场管理效率、降低环境风险和保障作业安全中的应用。项目采用“全量清挖+分类处置消纳”方式,通过构建安全环保数智化管理平台,整合物联网、数据可视化、AI行为分析、多源异构数据融合预警等技术,实现对施工现场人员、设备、环境等要素的实时监控与管理。研究结果表明:数智化技术的应用显著提升了项目的安全管理水平,安全巡检效率提高约30%,实现进度“可视化”,本质安全提升;优化了管理流程和外运车辆管理方式,降低了运营成本15%~20%;强化了风险预警能力,有效预防了人机交互安全风险和环境污染问题。可为类似项目提供科学依据,推动环保行业修复施工现场管理数智化转型。 This study focuses on a remediation project at a solid waste landfill in Eastern China,investigating the application of digital intelligence technology to enhance on-site management efficiency,mitigate environmental risks,and ensure operational safety.The project adopts the"complete excavation and classified disposal"strategy.This project has established a digital intelligence management platform for safety and environmental protection,which integrates technologies such as the Internet of Things(IoT),data visualization,AI behavior analysis,and multi-source heterogeneous data fusion warning.It achieves the real-time monitoring and management of personnel,equipment,environment,and other elements on the construction site.The research indicates that the implementation of digital intelligence technology has significantly improved the safety management levels,with safety inspection efficiency increasing by approximately 30%,enabling"visualized"progress tracking and enhancing intrinsic safety.It has also optimized the management process and outbound vehicle operation management methods,reducing operating costs by 15%-20%.Additionally,it has strengthened risk prediction and early warning capabilities,effectively preventing human-machine interaction safety risks and environmental pollution issues.This research provides scientific evidence for similar solid waste disposal projects and promotes the digital transformation of construction sites management in the remediation project and environmental protection industry.
