摘要
为研究冠状保持架结构参数对深沟球轴承内油气两相流动特性的影响,采用Fluent软件对油气润滑条件下轴承内润滑油流动特性进行了仿真分析。结果表明:随着冠状保持架包裹角度增大,保持架可抑制离心力甩油并增强对润滑油的引导作用,使得钢球表面的润滑油量增加,提高润滑油分布均匀性;钢球与兜孔径向间隙增大,润滑油流失加剧,油体积分数减小,同时造成润滑油在流体域内分布不均匀;随着供油量增加,油体积分数相应增大,但超过一定值时,冠状保持架端泄加剧;随着转速增大,大部分润滑油受离心力作用甩向静止的外圈,使润滑油主要聚集在外圈。
To investigate the influence of structural parameters of crown cages on two-phase flow characteristics of oil-gas in deep groove ball bearings,Fluent software is used to simulate and analyze the flow characteristics of lubricating oil within the bearings under oil-gas lubrication conditions.The results show that as the wrapping angle of crown cages increases,the cages suppress oil throw-off due to centrifugal force and enhance the guiding effect on lubricating oil,thereby increasing the amount of lubricating oil on steel ball surfaces and improving the uniformity of lubricating oil distribution;when the radial clearance between steel balls and pockets increases,the loss of lubricating oil intensifies,leading to a decrease in oil volume fraction and uneven distribution of lubricating oil within fluid domain;as the oil supply increases,the oil volume fraction increases accordingly,but when it exceeds a certain value,the end leakage of crown cages becomes more severe;as the speed increases,most of the lubricating oil is thrown towards the stationary outer rings under centrifugal force,causing the lubricating oil to mainly accumulate on outer rings.
