三氧化钨电致变色材料研究进展:制备方法与性能优化策略

摘要 电致变色材料能够在外加电压作用下灵活改变光学特性,在智能变色窗口、防眩镜、低功耗显示等领域备受关注。三氧化钨(WO_(3))是一种典型的无机电致变色材料,具有光调制能力强、化学稳定性好、电化学活性高、成本低等诸多优点,但也存在变色循环稳定性低、响应速度慢等一系列问题。本文综述了WO_(3)电致变色薄膜的常见制备方法与性能优化策略,重点论述了纳米化、元素掺杂、复合材料设计和电解质优化等方面的研究进展及其性能优化机理,随后探讨了相关制备方法在规模化扩展、薄膜稳定性及光学性能优化等方面的挑战。本文指出,WO_(3)电致变色研究在强化多功能融合和多机制协同的同时,还需要关注制约其走向应用的底层科学问题,为推动WO_(3)电致变色技术走向应用奠定基础。 Electrochromic materials,capable of flexibly altering optical properties under an applied voltage,have attracted significant attention in fields such as smart tinting windows,anti-glare mirrors,and low-power displays.Tungsten trioxide(WO_(3))is a typical inorganic electrochromic material offering advantages like strong optical modulation capability,good chemical stability,high electrochemical activity,and low cost.However,it also faces issues such as low cycling stability and slow response speed.This paper reviews common preparation methods and performance optimization strategies for WO_(3) electrochromic films,focusing on research progress and performance optimization mechanisms in nanostructuring,elemental doping,composite material design,and electrolyte optimization.Subsequently,it discusses challenges related to scaling up preparation methods,film stability,and optical performance optimization.The paper points out that while future WO_(3) electrochromic research should strengthen multifunctional integration and multi-mechanism synergy,attention must also be paid to the underlying scientific problems hindering its practical application,thereby laying the foundation for advancing WO_(3) electrochromic technology towards real-world use.
