超高压往复压缩机填料径向泄漏原因分析及改进措施

摘要 某高压装置的超高压往复压缩机多次出现填料径向泄漏问题,这不仅影响了装置的正常运行,还可能导致安全事故的发生。针对填料径向泄漏问题进行了深入研究,旨在通过全面剖析填料径向泄漏问题的各个方面,通过分析填料机械性能、疲劳机理、填料残余应力、填料盘原始设计角度、工艺操作、设备检查维修以及润滑油选取等多个方面的因数,找出了导致泄漏问题的主要原因。在此基础上,提出了一系列改进措施与建议,通过综合运用理论分析、现场调研、实验验证等方法,将形成一套系统的、科学的分析框架,为解决类似问题提供理论支撑和实践指导。包括填料盘引入压应力层与镀银工艺、填料盘设计及制造质量管控、规范操作维护管理、加强维修质量管控等。 The ultra-high pressure reciprocating compressor used in a high-pressure unit had repeatedly experienced radial leakage of packing,which not only affected the normal operation of the unit but may also lead to safety accidents.This paper conducted in-depth research on the radial leakage problem of packing,aiming to comprehensively analyze various aspects of the radial leakage problem of packing.By analyzing the mechanical properties,fatigue mechanism,residual stress of packing,original design angle of packing disks,process operation,equipment inspection and maintenance,and lubricant selection of packing,the main causes of the leakage problem were identified.On this basis,this paper proposed a series of improvement measures and suggestions.By comprehensively applying theoretical analysis,on-site research,experimental verification and other methods,a systematic and scientific analysis framework will be formed to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for solving similar problems.Including the introduction of compressive stress layer and silver plating process into the packing disk,quality control of packing disk design and manufacturing,standardized operation and maintenance management,and strengthened maintenance quality control.
