摘要
随着氢气运输、加氢站应用及核电高温气冷堆等隔膜压缩机广泛应用行业的高速发展,高性能、高稳定性隔膜压缩机研究需求不断增大,其中关键部件的疲劳失效模式是机组开发设计的关注重点。曲轴作为隔膜压缩机的核心驱动部件,在往复压缩运行中,承受着周期性作用力,易出现疲劳损伤。本文以某隔膜压缩机为例,分析曲轴运行过程中所受到的外部周期力,并采用有限元方法分析曲轴受力状态,以高周疲劳和损伤容限方法评估曲轴的疲劳损伤。
With the rapid development of industries such as hydrogen transportation,hydrogen refueling station applications,and nuclear power high-temperature gas cooled reactors,which diaphragm compressors are widely applied in,the research demand for diaphragm compressors with high-performance and high stability is constantly increasing.The fatigue failure mode of key components is a key focus of unit development and design.The crankshaft,as the core driving part of diaphragm compressor,is subjected to periodic forces during the reciprocating compression operation and is prone to fatigue damage.In this paper,a diaphragm compressor is taken as an example to analyze the external periodic force of the crankshaft during operation,and the finite element method is used to analyze the stress state of crankshaft,and the fatigue damage of crankshaft is evaluated by high cycle fatigue and damage tolerance method.
