摘要
采用多案例比较分析法,结合实地调研与文献研究,剖析国内外铁路遗产保护更新的实践模式,探讨其空间整合与环境价值重塑的有效路径。分析中国铁路遗产现状,通过借鉴海外活化经验、结合国内外实践模式对比阐述中国本土实践,并在此基础上,提出铁路遗产活化的未来发展方向和展望,强调需建立跨部门协同机制、制定设计导则、探索“轨域经济”新模式,以实现铁路遗产从“工业锈带”到“文化秀带”的转变。
Through a multi-case comparative approach that combines fieldwork with systematic literature review,this study dissects domestic and international models for the conservation and adaptive reuse of railway heritage,exploring effective pathways for spatial integration and the re-creation of environmental value.This paper analyzes the present situation of China's railway heritage,expounds China's local practice by drawing lessons from overseas activation experience and comparing domestic and foreign practice models.On this basis,puts forward the future development direction and prospect of railway heritage activation,and emphasizes the need to establish cross-departmental coordination mechanism,formulate design guidelines and explore a new mode of"rail-zone economy",so as to realize the transformation of railway heritage from"industrial rust belt"to"cultural show belt".
