摘要
隧道施工废水悬浮物浓度高,水质水量波动大。结合隧道施工现场试验,梳理两级磁分离净化技术应用于隧道施工废水处理的工艺原理、特点、效果,并探讨处理后系统出水悬浮物检测方法的合理性,提出对包括出水流失磁种在内的沉淀物全检的思路。试验结果表明,两级磁分离净化工艺技术应用于水质和水量波动幅度较大的隧道施工废水处理是可行的,出水悬浮物浓度可以稳定控制在20 mg/L以内。
Tunnel construction wastewater is characterized by high suspended solids concentration and significant fluctuations in water volume and quality.This paper,based on pilot operation at tunnel construction sites,introduces the principle,characteristics,and effectiveness of the new two-stage magnetic separation purification technology applied to tunnel construction wastewater treatment.It also discusses the rationality of the suspended solids detection method for the magnetic separation purification system and proposes a comprehensive inspection approach for all precipitates,including the loss of magnetic species in the effluent.The experimental results show that the two-stage magnetic separation purification technology is feasible for treating tunnel construction wastewater with large fluctuations in water quality and quantity,and the suspended solids concentration in the effluent can be stably controlled within 20 mg/L.
