考虑5G基站集群的配电网双层优化调度策略 被引量:1

摘要 随着5G基站数量成倍增加以及配电网供电可靠性稳步提升,海量的5G基站后备储能易处于闲置状态而无法被充分利用。针对上述问题,建立了考虑5G基站集群的配电网双层优化调度策略。首先,针对不同通信流量特性的差异性,建立5G基站能耗特性和可调度能力模型。其次,为提高基站后备储能利用率,提出了5G基站参与电力市场辅助服务的双层协同调度优化模型,上层模型负责求解配电网最优潮流问题以实现配电网综合运行成本最小,下层模型负责求解基站储能经济性问题以实现5G基站集群运营成本最小。同时采用Karush-Kuhn-Tucher(KKT)条件和Big-M法进行求解。最后,以IEEE 33节点配电网作为算例进行仿真验证,结果表明该方法能够有效降低配电网运行成本、调节电压波动,保障配电网经济安全运行。 With the exponential increase in the number of 5G base stations and the steady increase in the reliability of distribution network power supply,the huge amount of backup energy storage for 5G base station is prone to idle and cannot be fully utilized.In view of the above,this paper build up a two-layer optimal scheduling strategy for a 5G base station cluster distribution network considering network-side resource synergy.Firstly,the energy consumption characteristics and schedule ability model of the 5G base station are established for the differences in different communication traffic characteristics.Secondly,in order to reduce the amount of idle energy storage at 5G base station,a two-layer optimal scheduling model with 5G base station participating in distribution network coordination is proposed.The upper layer model is responsible for solving the optimal tidal flow problem of the distribution network to minimize the integrated operating cost of the distribution network,and the lower layer model is responsible for solving the base station energy storage economics problem to minimize the operating cost of the 5G base station cluster.The Karush-Kuhn-Tucher(KKT)conditions and Big-M method are also used to convert the two-layer model into a single-layer linear model solution.Finally,the IEEE 33-node distribution network is used as an example for simulation verification,and the results show that the method can effectively reduce the operation cost of the distribution network,regulate voltage fluctuation,and guarantee the economic and safe operation of the distribution network.
