摘要
为清晰梳理机械结构轻量化设计中的连续体拓扑优化方法,对近年来国内外在该领域取得的主要研究成果进行了分析与评述。以轻量化设计为目标,通过文献可视化分析工具对结构迭代优化、边界描述及材料分布3种类型连续体拓扑优化方法及其应用进行聚类分析,得到连续体拓扑优化的研究趋势;重点分析了结构迭代优化方法中近似模型及深度学习模型的优势及应用,以及多尺度、多物理场和多参数下材料-结构一体拓扑优化在连续体拓扑优化设计研究进展;列举了连续体拓扑优化方法在航空装备、交通运载装备及兵器装备等领域进行轻量化结构设计的应用,并指出未来发展方向和趋势,为面向轻量化结构设计的连续体拓扑优化方法研究提供参考。
In order to sort and study the continuum topology optimization methods in the lightweight design of mechanical structures,the main research results achieved in this field at home and abroad in recent years are analyzed and reviewed.With the goal of lightweight design,three types of continuum topology optimization methods,namely,multi-scale structure,iterative structural optimization and boundary description,and their applications,are reviewed by clustering analysis;the advantages and applications of approximation models and deep learning models in iterative structural optimization are analyzed,as well as the progress of research on the integration of materials-structures in the optimization of continuum topology design under multi-physical fields and multi-parameters,and the lightweight structural design methods are listed.It also lists the applications of lightweight structural design methods in the fields of aerospace,rail transportation,automotive engineering and weapon engineering,and points out the future development direction and trend of lightweight design,which provides a reference for the lightweight design of mechanical structures.
