摘要
目的:探究精准护理对军事训练所致掌骨骨折患者康复结局的影响。方法:选取60例因军事训练造成掌骨骨折的患者作为研究对象,采用简单随机抽样法将患者分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),对照组患者入院后均给予骨科围手术期常规护理;观察组则在常规护理基础上实施针对性较强的精准康复护理干预。比较两组患者术后疼痛情况、并发症发生率、平均住院日及干预后舒适度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组术后疼痛程度评分、平均住院日、并发症发生率较对照组均显著降低(P<0.05),舒适症状量表评分显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:精准护理可显著减轻掌骨骨折患者术后疼痛程度,提升患者早期康复锻炼的依从性,降低术后并发症发生率,缩短平均住院日。
Objective:To explore the effect of precision nursing for patients’postoperative outcome with metacarpal fracture caused by military training.Methods:60 military patients with metacarpus fracture were enrolled as the research subject The patients were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)by simple random sampling.After admission,the patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received precision rehabilitation nursing interventions tailored to the injured on the basis of the routine nursing.The postoperative pain status,complication rate,average length of hospital stay and comfort scale score were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the postoperative pain intensity score,average length of hospital stay,and complication rate of the observation group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the comfort symptom scale score was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusions:Precision nursing can alleviate the postoperative pain intensity of metacarpal fracture patients,improve the compliance of patients with early rehabilitation exercises,reduce the postoperative complication rate,and shorten the average length of hospital stay.
