跳伞人员训练伤病谱分布及差异分析

Distribution and comparative analysis of injuries in parachuting personnel training

摘要 目的:分析跳伞人员脊柱、四肢、关节训练伤构成分布和统计分类结果,区分基础训练和跳伞训练对训练伤发生的不同影响。方法:回顾2022~2024年跳伞人员脊柱、四肢、关节训练伤登记资料,分析伤病谱构成分布,探讨年龄、身份、工龄、基础训练或伞训等因素对不同训练伤构成的影响。结果:共纳入322例研究对象,进行统计分析。伤病谱构成前3位为大腿及小腿损伤117例(36.34%)、脊柱损伤71例(22.05%)、膝关节损伤62例(19.25%),脊柱损伤中胸腰椎骨折49例(15.22%)、腰椎间盘突出22例(6.83%);低年龄、低工龄发病率高;跳伞训练伤前3位为大腿及小腿损伤56例(47.86%)、脊柱损伤40例(34.18%)、上肢损伤10例(8.55%),脊柱损伤中胸腰椎骨折37例(31.63%)多于腰椎间盘突出3例(2.56%);跳伞训练外的基础训练导致训练伤前3位的分别是:大腿及小腿损伤61例(29.76%)、膝关节损伤57例(27.8%)、上肢损伤39例(19.03%),脊柱损伤比例略低,其中胸腰椎骨折12例(5.85%)少于腰椎间盘突出19例(9.27%)。结论:跳伞人员骨科类训练伤偏多。跳伞训练增加了脊柱损伤的发生率,尤其是胸腰段骨折;而脊柱损伤中腰椎间盘突出在基础训练中多于跳伞训练。跳伞训练中,需根据伤病种类发生率的特点,针对性实施预防措施,从而降低训练伤的发生。 Objective:To analyze the distribution and statistical classification results of spine,limb and joint training injuries of parachutists,and to distinguish the different effects of basic training and parachute training on the occurrence of training injuries.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the training injury registration data of orthopedic patients from 2022 to 2024.The injury spectrum,age,service years,training types and other factors as well as the injury spectrum distribution of parachute training were analyzed.Results:A total of 322 subjects were included for statistical analysis.The top three of the disease spectrum were 117 cases of thigh and lower leg injury(36.34%),62 cases of knee injury(19.25%),and 49 cases of thoracolumbar fracture(15.22%);The incidence rate of parachutists with low age and low age is high.The first three cases of parachute training were thigh and calf injury in 56 cases(48.86%),thoracolumbar fracture in 37 cases(31.63%),and upper limb injury.The main training leading to training injury was parachute training.Conclusion:the statistical analysis of training injuries refl ects the difference in the incidence of training injuries between the overall physical training and skydiving training.In the establishment of training prevention and control system,preventive measures should be taken according to the characteristics of the incidence of diseases to reduce the occurrence of training injuries.
