摘要
基于2024年长三角地区789家农户的调研数据,实证检验了数字素养对农户可持续创业绩效的影响及其作用机制。研究表明,数字素养显著正向影响农户可持续创业绩效,经稳健性检验后研究结论仍成立;异质性分析表明,数字素养更有助于促进身处高数字环境农户的可持续创业绩效,但仅显著促进高教育水平农户的可持续创业绩效;内在机制检验表明,数字素养通过增加资源获取、缓解环保压力和增强特色创新,进而间接提升农户可持续创业绩效;调节效应检验表明,数字培训数量和质量显著正向调节数字素养对农户可持续创业绩效的影响。
Based on the research data of 789 farmers in the Yangtze River Delta region in 2024,we empirically examine the influence and mechanism of digital literacy on sustainable entrepreneurial performance of farmers.The study shows that digital literacy has a significant positive effect on the sustainable entrepreneurial performance of farmers,and this conclusion is still valid after robustness tests.The results of heterogeneity analysis show that digital literacy is more helpful in promoting the sustainable entrepreneurial performance of farmers in high digital environments,but it only significantly promotes the sustainable entrepreneurial performance of farmers with high levels of education.The intrinsic mechanism test shows that digital literacy indirectly enhances farmers′sustainable entrepreneurial performance by increasing resource access,alleviating environmental pressure and enhancing characteristic innovation.The moderating effect test shows that the quantity and quality of digital training exhibit a significant positive moderating effect in digital literacy on farmers′sustainable entrepreneurial performance.
