摘要
突破传统技术中性假设,构建了“技术逻辑、教育逻辑、价值逻辑”三维耦合分析框架,揭示了人工智能赋能生涯教育的内在机理。通过多源数据融合构建多维度的学生数字画像系统,形成“诊断—规划—实训”的智能闭环;重构“人机协同双师育人”机制,创新动态适应培养模式,旨在通过技术赋能实现生涯教育精准施策,通过教育改革重构人才培养体系,通过价值融合促进人机协同发展,推动生涯教育从经验驱动向数据驱动转型,提升学生的职业适应力与终身发展力。
Breaking through the neutral assumption of traditional technologies,this study constructs a three-dimensional coupling analysis framework of"technical logic-educational logic-value logic"to reveal the internal mechanism of artificial intelligence(AI)empowering career education.Through the integration of multi-source data,a multi-dimensional student digital portrait system is built to form an intelligent closed loop of"diagnosis-planning-training",reconstruct a"human-machine collaborative dual-qualified teacher education"mechanism,and innovate a dynamically adaptive training model,aiming at achieving precise implementation of career education through technological empowerment,reconstructing the talent training system through educational reform,enhancing the human-machine collaborative development through value integration,promoting the transformation of career education from experience-driven to data-driven and improving students′vocational adaptability and lifelong development capabilities.
